So you've been called in for an interview! Great News All interview structures are fairly similar, so I will start by sending through a generic template for you to have a think about your answers. If you have any questions we can run through them over the phone before we begin. Due to the current situation, all mock interviews will be over Skype, easier for you anyway! So, we will jump right into it by commencing a formal interview style session. We will run through the entire interview which will generally take around 15 to 20 minutes. At the end of the interview, we will discuss how you went, your thoughts on your own answers and then we will spend the rest of the time discussing what went great, what needs to be tweaked and what to omit. We will run through what your interviewer is trying to achieve by certain questions and different interview techniques and styles and ultimately how you can prepare for each individual interview, because preparation is key!
